Your order files.

We collect your wedding details, guest names, table assignments and photos to personalize your order and create proofs. Please upload only information needed for your wedding items.

Our studio can access these files. Your private order link grants access to your order; share it only with someone you trust. Contact us through your Etsy order conversation to replace a link, correct information or request deletion.

Production exports include approved artwork and the names needed to manufacture your items. We share these with the selected production suppliers when fulfilling your order. Reference photos are not included as separate files in supplier packets, although an approved photo may appear inside a sign design.

This version creates proofs on the studio server. It does not send your photos to an AI provider. We will request permission before introducing that processing.

Changing or removing a photo from a draft does not immediately remove earlier proof versions. The studio retains order records for production and support and handles deletion requests through Etsy. Payment details remain with Etsy.
