From a wedding order
to an approved design.

Inverted Games Reception Studio is our own shop’s order-personalization and production tool. It helps buyers provide their exact guest names, seating assignments and photos, then approve coordinated designs before production.

Purchases stay on Etsy.

The studio supports fulfillment of existing wedding orders. It has no checkout, payment form or payment-processing function. It is intended for our own shop and its buyers, not as a service for other sellers.

What works today

Private order access with a random, order-specific code.
Guest-list import, package limits and optional photo uploads.
Sign PDFs and visual proofs using the buyer’s exact wording.
Connected 3D name files and geometry previews.
Version-specific customer approval and a separate studio production release.

Why we are requesting API access

We want paid Etsy orders to register automatically in the studio, eliminating manual order-number entry. Our intended integration reads our own shop’s receipts and purchased listings, verifies payment, maps packages and reconciles cancellations.

Etsy API access is not connected yet. Automatic order synchronization depends on approval, authorization and the granted API capabilities. The current pilot uses operator-verified order registration.

Customer data and support

The studio uses wedding details, guest names, table assignments and optional photos to fulfill the corresponding order. Uploaded files are private. Approved production artwork is shared with the selected suppliers when the order is fulfilled. Reference photos are not exported as separate files in the production packet.

Current previews run on our studio server and do not send photos to an AI image provider. API credentials remain on our server and are not exposed to buyers. We do not sell customer data or use order details to enroll buyers in marketing.

Existing buyers can contact our studio through their Etsy order conversation to request help, corrections, a replacement access link or deletion. Read the order privacy notice.
